Our November Two Day Collectors’ Auction is fast approaching, and included are some fantastic opportunities to own a piece of pop culture history. Here are some highlights from a privately owned autograph and memorabilia collection put together by a father/son duo who are now selling some of their treasured pieces.
Bruce Lee Montage
One of our auction highlights is this framed montage dedicated to Bruce Lee, featuring a cheque signed by the movie star and martial artist himself.
A household name, Bruce Lee needs little introduction now but the iconic movie star and martial artist enjoyed his most prolific years after his early death at the age of just 32. As a result, memorabilia signed by Bruce Lee is rare – making this lot even more exciting.
It is classed as genuine and has been stamped through, which goes towards validating its authenticity.
Estimate: £3,000 – £4,000
Signed photos
In this same collection are a number of lots featuring signed photos. These include:
– Only Fools & Horses: a collection of signed photographs
– A collection of signed photos including Uma Thurman and Quentin Tarantino
– A collection of signed photos including Russel Crowe, Mel Gibson, Clint Eastwood, and Michael Caine
– An album of signed photographs including Chuck Norris, Sylvester Stalone, and Roger Moore
The photographs were obtained through a variety of methods, including personally by the father/son vendors at a number of conventions. The father/son duo do have photos of themselves with some of the celebrities featured.
